Money raised goes to support the Crestview Athletic Booster Club and their initiatives to enhance the Athletic Programs for our student athletes.
Order forms are available in a 3 school offices.
Middle School Track Sign-ups are currently taking place. Any 7th and 8th Grade student interested in participating in Track this spring, check your school email for a sign up form.
Mandatory Parent/athlete meeting will be Tuesday February 28th 5:00pm in the Middle School Gym. Official practice begins March 6th.
In order to participate/try out for a sport you must have the following:
Completed Physical Form - valid for one calendar year
Signed Athletic Handbook/Insurance form
Signed Drug Testing Consent Form
Completed Emergency Medical Form
Completed Concussion Waiver Form
Paid Participation Fee
First sport: $35
Additional $15 for 2nd sport ($50 total)
Additional $10 for 3rd sport ($60 total)
$100 Dollar max charge to a household

* If a student has participated in a fall and/or winter sport, they do not need to fill out this paperwork again. Physicals are valid for 1 calendar year.

Boys and Girls Sectional Basketball Tournament draws
Girls Basketball - Feb. 22nd - 8pm @ Willard vs. Mohawk
Boys Basketball - Mar. 1st - 7pm @ Monroeville vs. Seneca East
Pre-Sale Tickets are available for the Boys game in the High School Athletic Office.
The Spring Sports Meeting will be held at the High School on Mar. 13th at 6pm. All parents and athletes are encouraged to attend in order to hear vital information regarding the upcoming spring sports season for Baseball, Softball and Track and Field. The Middle School meeting will be held on Feb. 28th at 5pm in the Middle School Gym.
High School Spring Sports meetings will take place at the High School on March 13th at 6pm. Parents and athletes are encouraged to attend these sports meetings in order to hear from coaches regarding the upcoming spring sports and the rules and procedures that will guide them. Any questions that parents and athletes may have regarding our spring sports should be addressed at this meeting. The Middle School is having their spring sports meeting for Track and Field on Feb. 28th in the Middle School Gym
