We are having an issue affecting AT&T cellular customers who call into our automated answering system. When attempting to select a building or dial an extension, the tones when callers press a number are not being recognized by the system.
This problem has been narrowed down to only those cell phone users that have their carrier services through AT&T. Our phone service providers, NCOCC, Ohio.Net, and AT&T, have been made aware of the issue, and have been working toward a solution.
In the meantime, we have figured out that the problem only affects the 895 numbers. The Ashland 281 numbers seem to work fine. If you are having problems, try using one of these two numbers: 419.281.6206, 419.281.3576.
