The district is now accepting placement change requests for students who would like to return to on-campus learning, or move to online learning at the end of this grading period.
2nd Quarter change requests will be accepted from October 12-23 to allow sufficient time for student scheduling and reconfiguring classroom spaces to adjust for the changes.
Classes for the second quarter begin Monday, November 2nd.
Please contact your student’s school office by October 23 if you wish to request a change. Late requests cannot be honored. The next opportunity for a placement change will be mid-January.
Also, please note that students in grades 9-12 taking an elective course for credit currently online, if the decision is made to transition back to on campus learning, your schedule will reflect a study hall in order to give you time to complete the online course while on campus. This will ensure that the district can award full credit for the course. Core courses will be awarded a quarter one grade matching that earned online in the course the student is coming back into on campus.
