Welcome to the 31st Annual Crestview Craft Show Vendor Site

Registration and Payment
Registration and payment for booths will now be done online. This will enable you to select the booths you want when you register and pay!
We no longer have paper forms available for registration. All registrations will be done online.
We only allow vendors who are 100% handmade crafts. This craft show does not have availability for direct sale items or boutiques. If you sign up and pay for a space and do not meet these requirements your registration will be removed. Lastly, this is a fundraiser for the Music Department of Crestview, no other fundraisers will be allowed on the premises.
Booth Locations
We have two sizes of vending spaces available and several rooms from which to choose.
Gym - 8’x10’ and 4’x15’
Hallway - 4’x15’
Assembly room - 8’x10’
Conference room - 8’x10’
Floor space:
4ftx15ft space = $45 (or equivalent)in hallway or center of gym facing one direction.
8ftx10ft space = $55 (or equivalent).
Each space will include 1 chair. You may arrange your space with your own tables, crates, or dividers as you wish as long as you stay within your space and it is clean and neat. We cannot provide tables or more chairs.
Necessity= Donated item for raffle Donated items will be collected at check-in.
Time: Show begins at 9AM and ends at 3PM. You may consolidate and organize early, but please do not pack up before 3:00pm.
Set up: Friday evening (time TBA) Saturday morning beginning at 7:00AM. The event location is inaccessible prior to 7:00AM. Band and Choir members will be available to help with loading and unloading.
Type of Craft: This craft show is now a juried craft show. You must submit photos to acmbcraftshow@gmail.com. Any additional items must be approved in writing prior to October 1st. Vendors wishing to bring food items will be limited, please email for further details.
All crafts must be hand-made by you and not resale items, as we try to keep the quality of our show as high as possible. No Direct Sales/Company vendors!
Deadline for Registration of previous vendors to secure their previous years’ slot: March 1st, 2023.
Opening for all other vendors, or vendors that wish to have a new spot will be March 2nd, 2023. Any registrations received between March 2nd and October 1st are on a first come first serve basis and will not be guaranteed their spot of choice.
Confirmation: You will receive a secondary, follow-up confirmation reminder of your space by October 10th, 2024.
Cancellation: Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to issue refunds once your payment is accepted. You may also not pass along your space to another vendor that we have not juried. All canceled spaces will go to the next person on the waiting list.
Electricity - If you require electricity you have access on the long walls in the gym and in most hallways spots. Be prepared to share and bring long extension cords with a surge protector power strip. Cables MAY NOT cross walkways and you cannot daisy chain your items according to the health and safety code of the building.
Food: A concession stand will be available for food and drink purchases.
WiFi: CMS does have guest accessible WiFi, however, connection is spotty at best and cannot be guaranteed. Please plan accordingly. We cannot do anything to improve this situation, we apologize.
